Crescendo Deep House Mix
It’s funny when things just sort of fall out of the sky and onto your lap. This is my newest mix, another deep house mix filled with the deepest, hottest cuts I could find, most of which are from the past month or two. Recorded in a single take on a Saturday night last weekend, it is now being featured by deep electronic imprint Fine Art Recordings on their program on Samurai.fm – an exciting and monumental accomplishment for me as an aspiring DJ. As always, many of these picks are up on Blog.H34, but many others didn’t even get much time to play on my iTunes before I dropped them into the mix. The cover incorporates a photo I took of The Philadelphian a while back, a really nice old highrise in my neighborhood, that I’ve always wanted to use. The tiny unreadable text is actually something (not mere filler text), but I’d prefer to leave it a mystery and rely on the music to communicate the message. Enjoy!
