Black Label Deep House Mix
My is here for your listening enjoyment. Continuing in the same spirit as my Green Label, Crescendo, and 5ifth Element mixes, Black Label explores a selection of choice cuts, some as fresh as only a month or two since release, others just ripening in recent memory. I’ve followed deep music with more devotion than ever in recent months, it’s hard to believe that only a year and change has passed since I started mixing again.
The focus this time around was simple– positive vibes and an upbeat tracklist, carefully blended, served chilled in the waxing haze of late spring and early summer, when the humidity just begins to condensate on your arms and neck and when the nights shift from chilly to balmy.
If you’re feeling the mix, to be included in private shares and mix sessions. The cover is where I focused the cryptic side of my creativity– a utilitarian grid-based slice of swiss design, where no measurement is arbitrary, a personal experiment in the complexity that sits behind a mask of minimalism. Hope you enjoy!
