iOS 6 GUI PSD by Teehan+Lax
If you design for mobile devices like the iPhone, chances are you already know about this helpful tool, but if you did not already know, or if you are thinking about getting into the game, you absolutely need to know the names Teehan + Lax. Thanks to them, we have a comprehensive launch point for mocking up app screens, it’s free (all they ask if for you to ‘Like’ them on Facebook), and now, it’s up-to-date with iOS 6. If you’re just getting started, be sure to spend some time with Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines (HIG), and look at this GUI kit as a way of setting up the starting point for your app’s design, building on top of the tried-and-true conventions set forth by Apple, identifying your own departure points and finding ways to give your project a personality that’s all its own.
